For your comfort relaxed holiday, we have an excellent family villa close to the sea. Our villa is situated between Valencia and Alicante, closer are Moraira-Benissa and Calpe (2 km.). In a quiet neighbourhood with beautifull views on sea, mountains and the Pexf1on de Ifach our southfacing villa is a gem.

Completely different from all other houses in this very green area, our villa is modern, comfortable and luxurious. It’s all a family would want for a great holiday. For your relaxing moments we offer the following:

a 5 x 10 m. swimmingpool heated by solar (april-october 25-30 C)    

jacuzzi, also great for the winter evenings   

terrace at pool area with outdoor kitchen with h/c water, fridge, BBQ on gas and a 2 pit gashob. An outdoor shower with h/c water 

Further more outside you will find a covered terrace, fruit garden, trampoline, table tennis table, parking space with carport

Inside our villa you will find a dining / living room, big open modern kitchen, sperate TV room with gaming console, entrance hall, seperate guest toilet, upstairs contains of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with toilets) and a big balcony with very beautiful views.
